2. How do I know if an item is in stock?

All available sizes and colours are displayed on the product page. If a size or colour is unavailable, it will be marked as “Out of Stock” or “sold out”.

3. Do you offer custom tailoring?

4. How do I care for my clothing?

Each item comes with specific care instructions, available on the product page and included in your order. Following these guidelines will help keep your clothes in great condition.

5. How do I place an order?

Simply browse through our collections, select your desired items, choose the size and colour, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready to checkout, follow the on-screen instructions.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), PayPal, and mobile payment options like MTN Mobile Money

7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of making payment.

Shipping & Delivery

8. What countries do you ship to?

9. How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are shipped out after production, which takes 7-10 working days.
Standard local shipping takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 3-7 business days.

10. Do you offer free shipping?

We currently do not offer free shipping.

11. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

12. What is your return policy?

Accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, send an email to info@amargaretonline.com

13. Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges.

14. How long do refunds takes?

We do not offer refunds, only store credits.

15. Do I need an account to place an order?

An account is not needed to place an order, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your preferences, and receive exclusive offers.
